Are You Eligible for Singapore PR?
If you are a foreigner, you must fall under one of the following categories to be eligible to apply for Singapore Permanent Residence.
Based on Employment
- Holder of an EP, S Pass, PEP or EntrePass, who is working in Singapore.
- You may also include your spouse and any unmarried child(ren) aged below 21.
Based on Family Ties
- Spouse of a Singapore Citizen (SC) or Singapore PR.
- Unmarried child aged below 21, born to or legally adopted by an SC or PR.
- Aged parent of a Singapore Citizen.
Based on Education
- Student studying in Singapore who has resided here for 2+ years.
- Must have passed at least one national exam (e.g., PSLE, GCE 'N'/'O'/'A' levels) or be in the Integrated Programme (IP).
